As licensed Broker/Dealer on The Nigerian Stock Exchange, we intermediate between our buying and selling clients on all financial securities traded on the floors of The Nigerian Stock Exchange for the purpose of dividend income, capital gain, market making and value creation/investing propositions.

OTHER BROKERAGE SERVICES
We engage in consolidation of shares and revalidation of dividends, visits to company registrars to rectify complaints and collects all outstanding benefits.

Chargeable fees on these services would be made competitive and would be mutually agreed upon.

NEW ISSUE OF EQUITY OR LONG-TERM CAPITAL
For new and existing companies, Core Trust provides access to investible funds available in Nigeria’s Capital Market from both institutional and private sources. In every assignment, in addition to sourcing the funds, Core Trust provides advice on legal and statutory requirements, quantum of funds available in the market, timing, structure and where necessary, optimal combination of the array of instruments available (ordinary shares, preference shares, participating rights, rights issue, loan/debenture stock, bonds and various quasi-equity arrangements). As an ordinary and dealing member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, Core Trust undertakes introduction of new issues to The Nigerian Stock Exchange arranges underwriting and distributes the securities to the public or if so desired, on a private placement basis.
